Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom
Processing times
We normally prepare orders within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we specifically agree a delivery date with you. Unless another timeframe is agreed before purchase, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.
Tracking your order
If tracking is available, we will email your tracking details after dispatch. Please allow 8 hours for the tracking link to update.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us at support@cotswoldandrose.com immediately if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery window, contact support@cotswoldandrose.com with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and contact us promptly.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominated to receive them.
