Orders and delivery

When will my order be prepared?

We normally prepare orders within 1–3 working days. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.

How long does UK delivery take?

Our current standard UK delivery estimate is 5–8 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is available for your order, we will email the details after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking page to update.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must meet the eligibility conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I start a return?
